Physical Education

Through the SAI Sports Academy, students are exposed to a wide spectrum of sporting activities including swimming, horse riding, lawn tennis, table tennis, snooker, football, basketball, cricket, hockey, gymnastics, wall climbing, skating, karate, yoga, kho-kho, badminton, volleyball, chess, rifle shooting, and athletics. The school places strong emphasis on identifying and nurturing individual sporting talent, providing students the freedom to choose a sport of interest and the space to pursue it with passion. State-of-the-art infrastructure, including tennis courts, basketball courts, a full-sized football field, a well-equipped gymnasium, and four swimming pools, supports structured training and overall physical well-being. Yoga & Fitness - Yoga and fitness are a way of life at SAI International, promoting harmony of the body, mind, and soul. Rooted in the philosophy of “yuj,” meaning unity, yoga is practiced from Class I to XII as a regular part of the curriculum. Students engage in meditation, breathing exercises, and physical postures to enhance concentration, emotional balance, and inner awareness. The school celebrates the International Day of Yoga and encourages daily practice, especially for hostel students through morning and sunset sessions.
