The much-anticipated Nainital trip began on May 23, 2026, with excitement and enthusiasm as students embarked on a memorable journey from Bhubaneswar to the serene hills of Uttarakhand. The day started with an early morning flight to Delhi, where breathtaking views of clouds and clear skies added to the joy of travel.
Upon arrival, the journey continued by road towards Nainital, with a refreshing stop at Hapur for lunch. As the group moved closer to the hills, the changing landscapes from bustling cityscapes to lush greenery created a sense of calm and anticipation. By evening, the students arrived at Camp Walnut, nestled amidst the scenic beauty of the mountains. The peaceful surroundings and fresh air provided the perfect setting to unwind after a long day. The day concluded with a delightful dinner and cheerful conversations, setting a positive tone for the days ahead.
Day 2, May 24, 2026, began with renewed energy as students set out on a refreshing nature trek through the beautiful surroundings of Nainital. The experience of discovering pine cones and wild berries added an element of excitement and curiosity to the morning. After returning, students enjoyed a hearty breakfast followed by leisure time, strengthening bonds through simple joys and shared moments. The day progressed with participants being divided into two teams, Gladiators and Prakriti Ke Warriors, introducing a spirit of enthusiasm and healthy competition. The highlight of the day was the Commando Course, featuring challenging activities such as rope bridges, nets, and balance tasks. These activities not only tested physical strength and courage but also enhanced teamwork, coordination, and confidence.
The excitement continued with engaging team games that encouraged participation, laughter, and camaraderie. As the day came to a close, students gathered for dinner, reflecting on the day’s experiences and planning for the adventures ahead. The first two days of the Nainital trip have been a perfect blend of travel, adventure, learning, and bonding, creating unforgettable memories and laying the foundation for many more exciting experiences to come.
