Organised by the IAAC Team, Edu Harbour, Germany, the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition is a globally recognised platform that encourages students to develop advanced scientific reasoning, analytical skills, and a deeper understanding of astronomy and astrophysics. The 2026 edition of the competition was conducted between April and July 2026, comprising three rigorous rounds, with the Final Round held on July 1, 2026.

Ekansh's exceptional performance throughout the competition reflects his intellectual curiosity, scientific aptitude, and dedication to exploring the mysteries of the universe. Competing against talented young learners from across the globe, he demonstrated remarkable perseverance and excellence, earning international recognition for his achievement. The results were officially published on the IAAC website on July 6, 2026, confirming Ekansh's place among the world's top-performing participants.
